TDMall (Group) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianda Group Limited, is committed to promoting TCM culture, revitalizing TCM industry, facilitating the globalization of TCM, training TCM professionals and providing accessible and quality TCM healthcare services around the world. On 2 May 2020, Zhuhai TDMall, the first flagship clinic of TDMall in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, celebrated its 1st year anniversary. It launched two consecutive days of free medical consultation and a healthcare seminar hosted by its distinguished veteran TCM practitioner, Ms. He Chunna, the busiest practitioner on normal days. TDMall practices by adhering to the TCM philosophy that “a great physician treats an illness before it develops”, making every effort to contribute for the benefit of people’s health and regimen.

Ms. He Chunna’s speech:
“Distinguished management, guests, Good morning!

First of all, welcome you all to the ceremony today, and big thanks to all the colleagues at TDMall. Traditional Chinese medicine practice and herbal medicine are our national treasure in China. Every effort that we make on Chinese medicine, it must be China-pioneered. We certainly need to introduce foreign things, whether it is the medicine or the treatment approach, but even if we did our best, we would be following their footsteps. My principle is to promote our TCM culture. There was no great platform until I get to know Tianda where I feel like home. From today on, I and my students Ms. Zhang Juan and Ms. He Ju will be bound together. I have been working here for a year now, I still recall the time when I started to work here, talking to the person in charge, I said I hate people coming to me to talk about business performance when I am off work, and asked questions like “how much did you make today?”, “How much you need to make next time?”, and the person in charge replied, “No worry, that won’t happen.” Our chairman has set 3 must-do guidelines that I still remember:

1.    The medicines that the patients should take must be prescribed correctly.
2.    The medicines that the patients should not take must be banned.
3.    Optional medicines must be explained clearly and decision-making must rest with the patients.

I share the philosophy very much. With this philosophy, I am able to work here contentedly. When I was in the inauguration ceremony of TDMall, our chairman said we would expand to 1,000 or even 10,000 TCM clinics, I realized our chairman would become a decision maker who helps to shape the entire industrial chain, and he would truly work for TCM inheritance and development. I shared the vision and that’s why I am here.

Secondly, we should move ahead while we have good resources by leveraging on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area advantage, especially TCM is well recognized in Guangdong and Southeast Asia. With such a good platform, I would like to make my best efforts.

Thirdly, I am grateful for the support of the management and the kindness of the colleagues over the last year. We have made some achievement together. However, it is just the beginning. I am not as good as our chief said in his speech. With the joint effort of all the colleagues, if I am able to implement some treatment approach and medication formulae, and with the help of Ms. Zhang Juan and Ms. He Ju, our medical studio can do more. Going forward, our team will present more and better treatment approach for people in need. Thank you!”
