Responsibilities

  1. Organize and manage investor relations activities including annual general meetings, roadshows, press conferences, and analyst briefings;
  2. Monitor the company’s stock performance and valuation metrics regularly, and analyze factors affecting market capitalization, including investor sentiment, peer performance, and macroeconomic trends;
  3. Engage investors, analysts, and funds; coordinate meetings and roadshows;
  4. Propose compliant initiatives to improve market understanding and valuation;
  5. Identify and approach potential investors and strategic capital sources;
  6. Prepare investor presentations and support results announcement and briefings; and ensure all materials are aligned with corporate strategy, financial performance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Finance, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized educational institution; 
  2. Minimum of 5 years of investor relations experience gained from a listed company;
  3. Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and regulatory disclosure requirements;
  4. Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with investors, analysts, senior management, and external partners;
  5. High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Remuneration

Basic salary plus year-end performance bonus. Specific package will be determined based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
