Organize and manage investor relations activities including annual general meetings, roadshows, press conferences, and analyst briefings;
Monitor the company’s stock performance and valuation metrics regularly, and analyze factors affecting market capitalization, including investor sentiment, peer performance, and macroeconomic trends;
Engage investors, analysts, and funds; coordinate meetings and roadshows;
Propose compliant initiatives to improve market understanding and valuation;
Identify and approach potential investors and strategic capital sources;
Prepare investor presentations and support results announcement and briefings; and ensure all materials are aligned with corporate strategy, financial performance, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Finance, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized educational institution;
Minimum of 5 years of investor relations experience gained from a listed company;
Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and regulatory disclosure requirements;
Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with investors, analysts, senior management, and external partners;
High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic salary plus year-end performance bonus. Specific package will be determined based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.

Develop and execute market development strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer traffic across all markets, including Hong Kong, GBA, and Australia;
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities in Chinese medicine healthcare services and related products, and prepare feasibility analysis and business proposals;
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with medical institutions, community organisations, corporate partners, and other potential business collaborators;
Plan and implement online and offline promotion campaigns to increase customer engagement and revenue;
Work closely with operations teams, branches, and other stakeholders to design and roll out market programmes, service packages, and corporate solutions aligned with TDMall’s positioning, customer satisfaction, and business and membership growth;
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and provide regular market intelligence reports and recommendations to management;
Set and track market development KPIs, and prepare periodic performance and budgeting reports for management review;
Provide marketing administrative support to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives within the Group;
Lead or support strategic projects or perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years of experience in market & business development, sales & marketing, or retail, preferably in Chinese medicine, healthcare, or medical services;
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
Good understanding of Hong Kong healthcare and Chinese medicine market and consumer behaviour, with sensitivity to brand positioning and service quality;
Strong communication and presentation skills, and a good team player;
Able to work independently, highly self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure;
Willingness to travel to the GBA or overseas when required.
